New Paved Leisure Path at Infirmary Mound Park Completed


GRANVILLE, OHIO (October 19, 2022) The Licking Park District is pleased to announce the opening of a newly paved path at Infirmary Mound Park, located at 4351 Lancaster Road, Granville, OH. The six-foot wide path is .42 miles in length and surrounds Mirror Lake. Since its completion, the path has been used daily by people of all ages for walking and jogging.

In addition to the paved leisure path, the Licking Park District will be installing a floating ADA kayak/canoe launch at Mirror Lake. The floating dock will also be available for persons to fish off of or get closer to nature. The dock has been ordered and will be installed in the next few months, weather permitting.
Other recent work at Infirmary Mound Park includes the installation of sidewalks from the parking lots to our four rental picnic shelters.
