New Lighting at Paws 2 Play Dog Park

GRANVILLE, OHIO (November 22, 2022) New lighting has been installed at the Paws 2 Play Dog Park at Infirmary Mound Park (4351 Lancaster Road, Granville, OH 43023). These lights will turn on automatically at dusk and remain on until approximately 9 pm. Although the rest of the park closes at dusk, dog park users are allowed to remain at the dog park until the lights go out.

With the recent time change, it is getting dark much earlier. This lighting will allow dog owners to stay later at the dog park, especially helpful if they have a schedule that prevents them from coming during the day, or if they would just like extra playtime! This new lighting system will allow your dog to play to their heart’s content, even after dark.

If you have not yet visited our four-acre dog park with your furry friend, it is the perfect place for them to be able to run around off-leash and socialize with other dogs. There are three fenced-in sections of the dog park: one for large dogs, one for small dogs, and a special-use area. Please remember to follow the posted rules, and clean up after your pup!
