Trails at Infirmary Mound Park, Lobdell Reserve and Taft Reserve are OPEN to HORSES. Ohio Canal Greenway- Hebron will be closed *Monday, August 12, 2024, north and south of the covered bridge for herbicide spraying. The trail will reopen Tuesday 7:30am at this location. Bike Trails: TJE bike trail just east of Granville is now open! *TJ Evans Trail between Newark and Granville: Thornwood Crossing Bridge project – The TJ Evans bike trail will be CLOSED at the new Thornwood Crossing bridge area, Mon-Fri, 7a-5p, until further notice. *There will be temporary closures intermittently over the next few months at the SR 16 Bridge project location, during working hours (7A-5P; M-F). Licking County River Round Up 2024

This annual river clean up brings out hundreds of volunteers who pull tires, shopping carts and mountains of trash from 30 miles of rivers and streams. Through this amazing community-based conservation effort, a river system that had all but been abandoned, has seen a beautiful rebirth of aquatic and bird life.
