Yoga in the Park

Yoga: Wednesdays June — Aug @ 5PM (No July 3rd), FREE, Shelter 3
This 45 minute yoga class will be accessible to all people – regardless of age or yoga experience. We will move through various yoga poses at a comfortable pace, giving you time to move your body while appreciating the outdoors. Modifications will be offered for you to tailor the class to your personal needs. You will build strength, flexibility, awareness, and confidence.
Please bring a yoga mat or a towel for class.
Sarah Hohman is a Registered Nurse (RN) and a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT). She has various certifications and most commonly teaches Vinyasa and Restorative style yoga classes. She strives to make her classes an inviting, yet challenging, environment for all types of students – new and experienced. She enjoys spending time outdoors and is excited to bring yoga to the Licking County Parks!
Jessica Englehart is a Licensed Clinical Counselor (LPCC-S), Registered Art Therapist (ATR) and Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with experience working with individuals and groups, including adults and youth, across various settings. Jessica’s clinical work has ranged from private practice to hospital-, school-, and community-based settings with all ages. Her yoga instruction has varied from drop-in classes, workshops, business groups, treatment centers and after school programs. Jessica integrates yoga-based and mindfulness principles into work with clients.
