Trails at ALL facilities -Infirmary Mound, Taft Reserve and Lobdell- are CLOSED to HORSES due to wet, muddy conditions. Notice: Bike Trail: 1) Tree trimming in Granville between Palmer Lane and Moots Run Rd. This project should be completed by end of day on Wednesday, February 8. 2) Intermittent closures for tree removal project on the TJ Evans Bike Trail just west of the Reddington Rd tunnel. 3) TJ Evans trail is closed at W Church Street until at lease end of January 2023 for dam work project. Night Hike – American Woodcock
Explore the night on a night hike at Taft Reserve South as we try to spot the quirky “shorebird of the forest”, the American Woodcock, and watch its aerial courtship displays. The hike will last about an hour and will meet at the parking lot!
