**TJE Trail east of Granville between the cemetery and Rotary Bridge/Raccoon Valley Park due to bank slip; **There will be periodic closures April 15-19, dawn to dusk, on the TJ Evans Bike Trail from Concord Rd (Johnstown) to the cemetery area in Granville east of Main St for hazardous tree removal. **The TJ Evans Bike Trail from Moots Run Rd to Concord Rd will be CLOSED on Monday, 15 for herbicide application. Trails at Taft Reserve, Infirmary Mound Park and Lobdell Reserve are CLOSED to HORSES due to conditions unsuitable for equine traffic. Bike Trails: TJ Evans Trail between Newark and Granville: The TJ Evans bike trail will be CLOSED at the new Thornwood Crossing bridge area, Mon-Fri, 7a-5p, possibly thru Mar 29. There will be other, temporary closures intermittently over the following few months, during working hours (7A-5P; M-F). Saturday Hike – Winter Tree ID

You may know how to identify tree species in the spring, summer and fall. But how about when the leaves and fruit are gone?
Join us as we flex our tree ID muscles this winter using bark and buds. We will meet at Shelter 6 at Infirmary Mound Park. Family groups will be encouraged to stay together and keep 6 feet distance between those not in the same household. Masks are required and will be great face warmers this time of year!
