**The Panhandle Trail (Dayton Rd to Felumlee Rd) will be CLOSED on MONDAY April 22 for herbicide spraying. **TJE Trail east of Granville between the cemetery and Rotary Bridge/Raccoon Valley Park due to bank slip; **There will be periodic closures April 22-26, dawn to dusk, on the TJ Evans Bike Trail from Concord Rd (Johnstown) to the cemetery area in Granville east of Main St for hazardous tree removal. Trails at Taft Reserve, Infirmary Mound Park and Lobdell Reserve are CLOSED to HORSES due to conditions unsuitable for equine traffic. Bike Trails: TJ Evans Trail between Newark and Granville: The TJ Evans bike trail will be CLOSED at the new Thornwood Crossing bridge area, Mon-Fri, 7a-5p, until further notice. There will be other, temporary closures intermittently over the following few months, during working hours (7A-5P; M-F). Art in the Park: Felting

$30Whooo wants to learn to needle felt? Join us for a fun evening of felting this fall with local fiber artist, Megan Henderson. Owls will be the theme for this class! Whether you choose to make it spooky for the season or just plain cute, you will be taking home your own miniature owl sculpture. When you register please choooose one of these three Ohio owl species: Barn Owl, Snowy Owl, or Great Horned Owl. Registering early is appreciated in order to guarantee the specific owl you’d like. Last minute sign ups are welcome but you may not have your first pick of species.

Time: 6-9
Cost: $20 plus $10 supply and material fee. A kit will be supplied, needles and felting foam are yours to keep.
