Trails at Infirmary Mound are CLOSED to the public Friday all day and Saturday until 5pm. Taft Reserve North and South and Lobdell Reserve are OPEN to horses and all other users. **Bike Path Users: Use caution on bike path 1/2 mi. west of Reddington/Cherry Valley parking lot due to erosion area.

RhythmProv! Drum Circle Workshop

An Exploration of Rhythmic Discovery and Improvisation! In this workshop you will: Tap into your body’s intelligence and discover your innate ability to play rhythm – from simple beats to complex polyrhythms. Understand the relationship between elemental energy and the quality of sound in playing a drum. Experience how to create improvisational rhythms in a group drum circle format. Develop practices that will strengthen your rhythmic learning. Drums and percussion instruments will be provided, and you can bring your own.

Beginner friendly! No prior drumming experience necessary.

Toni Kellar is the founder and director of Roots To Rhythm® and Newsight Life, providing coaching and training programs for personal and group  development using her empowering approach of Outcome From Within! She has been a  professional drum circle facilitator for more than 20 years.
